No. We guide buyers and are paid transparently. Licensed agents or developers handle the sale itself.
EU citizens can buy freely. Non-EU buyers need a purchase permit, usually a formality for one home. (TODO: verify procedure with lawyer)
Our clients typically buy between €200,000 and €450,000, plus purchase costs.
